Freezing Scotch Eggs

Is it possible to do so. I'm meaning the whole cookedscotch egg, before it's cut into slices! I'm worried the hard boiled egg inside will go rubbery!

I wouldn't, but you could try one to see how they will turn out. Buy one from the supermarket, freeze and see if they will pass the test.

I wouldn't freeze either, why would you want too! They are not hard to make and last for days in the fridge.

Yes I thought the same. I am doing catering for a party as we will be away until 3 days prior. Just trying to eliminate tasks. Will leave until I get back. Love the microwave recipe for these by the way.

I have done this but would not recommend it as the crumbing goes sogging and can fall off on reheating.
