Just found the above buried in our freezer - dated 3 years ago - will it be ok to cook and eat.

Try it and see. You can always have a poached egg on toast if it has freezer burn. It certainly will be safe.

doesnt appear to be any sign of freezer burn . nothing ventured, nothing gained so will cook it up tomorrow. Thanx everyone
