Hi am going to (try) & start making sparkling feijoa wine have got a book but its a bit hard to follow has anyone got a nice & easy recipe that can be used. Thanks

Don't have a recipe but I well remember an elderly neighbour 30yrs ago that made a wicked Fejoa champagne was cloudy but absolutely gorgeous and was very potent.
