does anyone know if i could make this ahead of time and put in fridge till ready to cook or would pastry go soggy! there are 8 sheets on bottom, filling of chicken, creme fraiche etc, then 4 sheets on top.

Pastry would normally go soggy, so maybe precook bottom layer then add ingredients when you need & top.
