I smoked a pork belly in an electric frypan, did not taste exactly like traditional bacon but it was really nice, I cured it in the fridge for a few days with a dry rub mixture of salt and spices, put some manuka chips in the frypan, the porkbelly on a rack above and slow cooked for a couple of hours.There are plenty of recipes and methods on line.Next I am going to try doing salmon.
