Fill jar with boiling water, wait a minute then the label should peel off easily.they may be a little glue residue left, this can be wiped off with nail polish remover or white spirits.was jars thoroughly and they are ready to reuse.

I leave my jars to soak in hot water and then the labels just peel off. I then use desolvit to get the residue glue off the jar and then wash in warm soapy water.
