Hi My daughter recently showed me a recipe she'd been given which involved boiling/slow-cooking corned beef, leaving it to go cold overnight and then next day roasting it with a glaze, which I'm pretty sure had orange juice. I have trried googling but just keep finding one with a mustard glaze. Does anyone have a similar recipe and/or has tried it! Daughter has temporarily misplaced the recipe.
Thanks jessie - several of those look worth trying! I didnt think to add 'orange' into my search!
