Does anyone have any party food that can be frozen

i need some bakingand other recipesthat can be frozen for a couple of months or if anyone can help thank you

most cakes and slices can be frozen - cut them to desired size prior to freezing and remove them from containers before defrosting - this is so that ice crystals don't melt in the container and make the bottoms soggy.
Mini quiches, cheese rolls, mini sausage rolls (buy Alison Holst ones, cut small then egg wash, sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds, cook then freeze for reheating when necessary.
Even mini cheesecakes could be frozen - and if things are small, they are quick to defrost and heat on the day as well.
