IN a bowl I put in one egg, 1tbs custard powder and 1 tbs brown sugar.and whisk together add some vanilla and approx 2 cups milk little whisk again and micro on high for 2 min, whisk and micro 3min or until thickens, add a knob of butter and stir in. Hope it works for you,we love it.
