1 cup chopped organic celery
¼ cup chopped organic onion
1 cup wholemeal breadcrumbs
cup natural tomato sauce or relish
2 tabs organic soya flour
1 cup nuts - brazils or almonds are nice
1 teas cold pressed olive oil (for oiling loaf pan)

seasalt (optional)

Blend all ingredients in food processor - put into oiled casserole or loaf tin

Cook 375ºF - 190ºC until set

Normal flour will be fine. Or wholemeal.
Soy flour is heavy, cornflour will give a different result.
Potato flour will work but most people actually have potato starch flour which I don't think will.

Thanks geldof, I have wholemeal flour too, so that's good.

I hope this is as nice as it sounds.
