Ok I admit to not having the 'sophistication' of you city people, but I know I would probably enjoy George's mamas Greek salad more than his deconstructed one. Why do they call it deconstructed when it looks (and probably tastes) nothing like the original - give the dish another name.Oh dear I'm showing my age now aren't I! I'm with you dazz - what a great episode with Jamie last night! His attitude to the girls was extremely gracious and I loved the fact that they had a concept to follow rather than an exact recipe.

Assuming that there are no interruptions to the current pattern of 5 screenings of Masterchef per week, IMO the final will be screened on Friday, 21 September - there are 70 Episodes in total and last night's one was Episode 33, so for those of us whose lips are sealed because you already know who the winner is, keep up the good work and allow those who want to wait and see, to do so.:-))

i found out my mistake too grrrr but loving the show and my lips are sealed too!. hubby and me watch it every nite when its on (taped) and we are addicted.love all the contestants .they all so sweet with each other. very unlike MKR lol

I'm not disappointed to see the back of Mario, and the snide remark he made regarding Filipo's dish was just sour grapes! There was no need for that and glad the jusges pulled him up on his attitude towards Filipo being 'safe'.
As for Emma's tears! Ggggggrrrrhhh.pathetic! A hair.so what.suck it up (not the hair! LOL!) but, to cry! Oh sheeeeesh!
