So as per another thread, I made cinnamon cream. found it online somewhere, it's a good combo - then piped it (with disposable icing set, $4 from PaknSave for 5 bags and nozzles), onto some italian pastry fingers (also from PnS, cheap).I split the fingers first.Lastly, drizzled very dark choc over them.They're light, delicate, and the cinnamon has sort of a warm 'kick' to it after you've eaten it.Will be doing this again for sure!(I tried maple syrup for drizzling first, but the taste was too overpowering and you lost the cinnamon).

Chocolate cinnamon meringue layer cake.to think that I lost this awesome recipe which I used to make every Xmas.filled with cinnamon cream.OMG
