Can I make marmalade frrom these. I planted a tree several years ago and it is loaded with fruit this year

I have a tree too we don't use the fruit either anyone have suggestions I would like to know too.

Yes they are quite nice to eat or juice. I just wondered if anyone had cooked them or made jam

We use all our treeful up in vegetable salads - they work well this way.
I meant to add - they should be fine as marmalade but I would add some lemon juice to them to help with flavour and setting.

They are lovely on fish. I use the zest and juice in baking, lemon yogurt cake etc. Great iceblocks in your glass of lemonade or juice.
