The Sticky Quince and Ginger cake was delicious and different and everyone loved it.As an extra boost of stickiness, I finely chopped more of the ginger and scattered it on top of the sticky topping.Thank you for sharing your super recipe.

elliehenthis cake was full of quince, and quite different.Absolutely lovely, so I am sure you'll enjoy it.Two of the household had it with Kapiti Vanilla Bean ice cream, and I had mine simply with cream. Sometime soon I will try the recipe made with quince paste from the same thread. I am not a regular eater of sweet things,but the recipe sounded so nice, and I am a sucker for quinces. .
