I make a raspberry butter cream. I use 500g butter or margerine, 1 cup castor sugar, 1/2 cup apple juice, frozen raspberries, thawed. Beat all together till the sugar is dissolved and it is nice and fluffy.

um not sure as I don't measure. enough to give a good raspberry flavour. Couple of big handfulls
