Can I precook & later in the day reheat a chicken dish made with creme fraiche! I don't want the sauce to separate but it would be more convenient if I could make the dish early. Thanks!

helenfs, reheating your chicken dish, including the creme fraiche, IMO would not be a problem - creme fraiche is far more stable and forgiving than other options e.g. sour cream; in fact I occasionally make a dish, demonstrated and promoted by Annabelle White, where the creme fraiche is actually boiled.:-))
