Feijoa and grapefruit marmalade?

would this even work or would it look kind of cloudy and eww yuck looking/tasting!

It wouldn't look the best, but you could try a small batch, say 1 grapefriut, 1 lemon, chopped & soaked overnight, add 6-8 peeled & chpped feijoas, cook until softened. Add cup-for-cup sugar, & boil fast until a little sets on cold plate (wrinkle test - push it with finger - if it wrinkles it's done!)
You may need to cook the grapefriut first, then add the feijoas, as they cook much faster.
Should be really nice!

Add a pkt of jelly crystals to each kg of fruit, no need to cut back on sugar just when your happy for it to be taken off heat for jaring stir though a pkt of jelly crystals improves flavour and colour People love my jams and always ask what I do and that's it for this I'd add a pkt of orange Cheers Anne
