Feijoa Wine

Any tried and tested recipes out there!
A lot of the online recipes call for a measure of whole fruit but only use the pulp once frozen.
I am wanting to know how much PULP is used.
After measuring 5kg of feijoas, I'm left with 1.5kg of pulp. Admittedly, have used small feijoas.

I made feijoa wine last year and made vinegar with it all. It has turned out very well. Freezing the fruit helps with the amount of juice you get.
I have just completed brewing a wine kit. 30 bottles of very nice Riesling.

How much pulp did you get out of 5kg feijoas!

http://www.smiths.net.nz/feijoa.html I would be up to using this recipe myself. 1.5 kg of pulp is not what I would of expected, from 5kg of fruit. Why not have a try at this recipe, It would be my pick for a first time, brewer.

For the amount of pulp you got from 5 kg of fruit I would replace the apples with feijoas and go from there.

This is the one we are going to try, but I also thought there would be more pulp.guess we shouldn't have used all the small feijoas.lol
If I up the pulp to 3kg, that should do eh!

I can say we don't like feijoa wine. I was hoping to repeat the recipe and make more feijoa vinegar, but I have not got around to finding enough fruit as yet. A lady here in Hastings sold me some this time last year, I have been waiting for her to advertise again this year.
