Any tried and tested recipes out there! A lot of the online recipes call for a measure of whole fruit but only use the pulp once frozen. I am wanting to know how much PULP is used. After measuring 5kg of feijoas, I'm left with 1.5kg of pulp. Admittedly, have used small feijoas. TIA

This is the one we are going to try, but I also thought there would be more pulp.guess we shouldn't have used all the small feijoas.lol If I up the pulp to 3kg, that should do eh!

I can say we don't like feijoa wine. I was hoping to repeat the recipe and make more feijoa vinegar, but I have not got around to finding enough fruit as yet. A lady here in Hastings sold me some this time last year, I have been waiting for her to advertise again this year.
