I was sure i saw someone asking for this. The recipe is from the Feijoa Growers Association.I have given their link in another feijoa thread.
Crystallised feijoa leathers •2 cups sugar •firm feijoas •1 cup water
Make syrup of sugar and water, add fruit and simmer gently till clear.Drain and dry fruit on greaseproof paper in cool over. When dry, roll and store in airtight jars

Or just make it without sugar. Scoop feijoas blend then spread on the leather tray if using dehydration or on non stick sheet/paper on oven tray set oven to lowest setting.they are ready when they don't stick to your finger when you touch the surface.my kids do the cutting and rolling.they will last a while in an air tight container (unless you have little waste disposals like me)
