got loads of chillis and not sure how to do this, can anybody help ?

Thread string through the tops and hand in bunches... will dry over time and great to use. I chop mine finely and dry in the dehydrator. You can chuck them in a bag and freeze them whole.
I have just recently pickled some red peppers... guess you could do the same with chillies. Some one may have an idea
