My Mum made some cauliflower pickles yesterday and they didn't thicken up. Can she reheat the mixture and try and thicken then again! I'm not really sure on this one myself.

yes she can bring it to the boil and thicken with a little flour and vinger mixed then boil a little more

I would use cornflour though as it thickens and puts a nice shine into the sauce.
