I have just found a recipe for pork chops - submerge in 1/4 cup salt in a quart water for 30 mins in fridge - and then you coat them with parmesan and crumbs before roasting. I have just taken some pork chops out of the freezer that I bought in bulk -the first lot I cooked were pretty tasteless so was looking to try something different - any ideas on this method!

No ideas on this method. However if you have tasteless pork chops - marinade in Dijon mustard and brown sugar and cook on the BBQ. Super delicious! You just mix equal part mustard and sugar together and spread n the chops.
