Im bumping up this thread cos I want to make the yummy Thai Carrot and Kumara salad I buy at New World.It was on here ages ago. Does anyone still have it please!
I suspect it is the dressing that makes it special.

That dressing looks nice, it could go over roasted kumara and carrots as well.
