Peanut brownies

probably a silly question but what kind of peanuts do you use, like I have a packet of natural peanuts, with the brown skin stuff on them, can I use these or do they have to be a certain type, you know, for flavour.

They are fine, ones I use. While your oven is heating up put them on a dish or similiar & let them heat through. Watchthey don't burn.

I use the natural peanuts but I do not heat them up first.I just add them to the mixture. Eating one now- yummy!

best peanut brownies ever, you use ready roasted salted peanuts, the sr from countdown, the biscuits are sensational, they taste so much better, just leave the salt out of the ingredients you use for the recipeedit make a double batch, you will just want to scoff them down

Take the skins off tho!
I usually just pop my peanuts in the oven while it's heating then take them outside and gently shake them around the dish, the skins just float off.
