I would definitely steer clear of chicken - I'm very fussy about cooking and storing/serving chicken.Food poisoning is no fun!I'd go with asparagus rolls.Fresh fruit salad would be good but a bit difficult to eat if it's going to be a buffet affair with finger-food rather than a sit down do with crockery and cutlery.
