Broccoli Salad. 1 Head broccoli uncooked in small pieces, 1 red pepper chopped, 1/2 red onion chopped,handfull cooked crisp bacon crumbled, handfull plain cashew nuts chopped.Dressing. !/2 cup eta mayo,1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons wine vinegar.In large bowl combine broccoli, pepper, onion,bacon nuts,. Mix dressing and toss through salad mix well Place in fridge to chill well.

Raw cauli forests, taosted sesame seeds and creamyt dressing, prefably mayo. Chop the cauli into small florets, toast the seeds and ad to the cauli =, mix together with enough mayo to cover the cauli. I dont use amounts as I just add what I feel like. If you like more seeds then add more. etc. This is a raw salad.

par cooked cauli or broccoli florets, and hard boiled egg salad.I have no recipe, add your own extras like chopped cooked bacon, diced cooked new potatoes, your favourite mayo, spring onion.etc
