PAUA FRITTERS

heres my idea for the best paua fritter, shell and mince paua meat, in a food pro add chopped onion and the paua guts with egg, mix, add to paua mince and mix in bowl, add flour and salt &pepper addfold in somesour cream then add some curry for taste with chopped parsley, fry and enjoy.

Definately improved the flavour though we only added a couple not all of them. Not that I have made them for a few years.

forget the guts and forget the curry for "taste" - then you will be able to taste the paua :-)

why would you want to eat paua poop! I had a fritter last friday well lots actually and crayfish and have been crook all week whenever I eat anything I get terrible pains in my tum! I think one was not cooked properly, the only thing I manage to keen in/down is Icecream!

the guts is what the fish and chips shops use.thats why I never buy paua fritters from them
