Can anyone help with what I can do to stop poached eggs sticking to the bottom of saucepan? Thanks

Stir the water before putting the eggs in. That way they stay away from the sides and bottom of the pot until they set a bit.

A dash of vinegar in the water will hold them together, and help stop them sticking.

when the white has started to set ease away from the bottom of the pan with a fish slice and let them float until cooked properly.
