I have a horrible suspicion that I have put a little too much liquid in, although I did thicken it etc.

Actually I think I can answer my own question. yes. lol. It's already a lot firmer.

lol , good for you. Horrid when you over do the thickening though. I have some I use in stir fry meals, it works well .

petal's cauliflower and pineapple pickle. Doesn't look pretty but hopefully it will taste amazing!
