the recipe that was on her last episode of Christmas Kitchen please! I know she put in port, stock but can't remember the other ingredients. It is not on Demand TV. She also made it in a saucepan not the roasting dish but she did use the juices from the pan.

I think you are on the right track.I only remember it because I thought Stilton Cheese in the gravy was rather unusual.

It was roast beef that she did, and it is a port and stilton cheese gravy, as below, cheers
