that has been in the freezer. I bottled some of my husbands catch and we froze the rest. However we prefer to eat the bottled salmon. If it's possible, do I have to completely thaw the fish first or can I chop it up and put it in the jars partley frozen! Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes no problems, a lot of people freeze the fish after a long day fishing, then bottle it later.
