melt a small mix of oil and butter then you can either do them in a frypan or in the oven, they only take about five minutes in a moderate oven.I think they are nicer done in the frypan though as you can get them nicely browned without them being too touch.Use a skewer or fork to test that they are just tender.Sprinkle rock salt over and bernaise sauce is nice with them.
