Today I bought a bottle of sweet thai chilli sauce, fish sauce and rice wine vinegar. I have marinated homekill steak in the freezer that i could cut into strips to use, as my husband doesnt like the flavour of the marinade. Can anyone give me a recipe using these sauces! Or if theres any thing else I need to get.

I would also add garlic and ginger.add them to your sweet thai chilli sauce and that is all you need really for your stir fry.

Its been marinated in kind of a light honey soy type dressing
