hi i still have leftova hangi from sat and really need to use it up today, we have done the fry up with onions yesterday and still have a heap of meat mainly beef and pork any ideas would be much appreciated

mince the meat with the potato and pumpkin with onion.shape into meatballs. dip in egg and flour and fry.and a tomato suce and eat on top of noodles
