Have a recipe for pineapple cake that says best cooked in a "ring" tin. Only ring tin I have is for microwave (never used it). Can I cook in the microwave! If so, what - if any - changes need to be made to recipe! Thanks for your help :)

If wanting to oven cook, just place an old cup or glass or a small ramekin, in the centre of a round tin, and pour the mix in around there. For a microwave cake : microwave around 6-7 mins, pausing after around 4mins to test. Take it out undercooked, as it will continue cooking for a few mins.
