Does anyone know where you can get soba noodles that are a reasonable price.The only ones I have seen are organic and cost around $12.

I buy buckwheat soba noodles from Korean shops, 1.3kg pack costs around $8, packs come in smaller sizes too. Some vege shops which stock Asian grosseries have them too. Cheers.

Pak'n'save, Mt Albert Auckland, not too sure on other P'n'S though, possibly countdown may also have them but are Japanese ones in packets of 3 bundles for about $3 to $4 a Pkt and is organic ones.
Look in the Asian food aisles.

Tai Ping have them for a good price. Not organic but way cheaper
