Hi all - just a little heads up about a fantastic movie/documentary that is on this Sunday at 6. 30pm on the Sky documentary channel. If you can watch this or record it PLEASE DO! !
Anyone who has tried to lose weight or has concerns about their health or whatever should see this. It is life changing. My husband and I changed everything about our diet after watching this so please, if you can view this I can highly recommend it.
Oh, and it is also on Monday morning at 2. 30am and 10. 30am if you can't see it at the 6. 30pm Sunday time.
