I make white sauce, custard and a basic cake premix which I keep in containers in the pantry to use when I'm in a hurry.ALWAYS! Does anyone make their own ones for anything! They turn out rather in the vein like the shop bought ones where you just add the wet ingredients and then bake or cook/I'd love more so I can give as gifts.Thanks.
coffee mix, milo mix and pancake/waffle mix. I'll post in a few mins the amounts I use have to find my book first

wow what a great link, thanks. I make my waffle/pancake mix up as per usual ie dry ingredients but add ¼-½ cup milk powder. when I want to use I add the eggs and enough water to give correct consistency (generally about 2 cups but it depends on how much flour I have used)
