I used to have a recipe for this but have lost it now, does anyone have something similar?

Microwave Caramel Self Saucing Pud (previously posted by rkcrof)
1c SR flour, 1 1/4c brown sugar, 60gm melted butter, 1/2c milk, 1 egg, 1/2c white choc bits, 1c boiling water.
Combine flour & 1/2c of brown sugar in bowl.
Make a well and add butter, milk & egg. Whisk to combine. Stir in choc chips.
Spoon mix into microwave save dish.
Combine boiling water & remaining sugar in jug stir until dissolved.
Pour over back of spoon on top of batter.
Place dish on an upturned plate in microwave & cook at 50% for 9-10mins until cooked. Stand 1 minute before serving.
