Doesn't tell me how much dried 1 cup cooked is ie 100 gms, 200 gms etc.

Don't worry found it - 1 cup dry lentils = 2 to 2-1/2 cups cooked

Half a cup of dried lentils makes about 1 cup of cooked.Red lentils cook in about 15 to 20 minutes; brown lentils take longer.

And beans and lentils cook better if soaked first. I wash mine by letting a gentle stream of water overspill the deep bowl I put them in. And to save power, cook in bulk and freeze portions.
