tried the search function - but it's only really coming up with what I 'think' might be recipies to use them in, I want to know how long and what temp please?I've got an over load of what I think are 'money maker' tomatoes from the garden, don't want to just freeze them and have already made pasta sauce...
THANK YOU :)

Cut tomatoes in half through the middle, put cut side up onto oven trays, as many as you can fit into your oven.Turn oven onto 60C, open the door a week bit ajar and leave overnight.Or onto 100C if you can babysit them and take them out before they go brown. You want them dried not burnt!
I always used to do it overnight and they work out perfectly(of course, now I have a dehydrator!)
