Dried onion flakes - where to buy?

hi, i have a recipe for a bbq meat rub I'd like to make but do not know where to buy dried onion flakes - can anyone help or suggest next best thing? Its going with garlic, cinnamon & smoked paprika. thanks

Most supermarkets sell them in the dried herb/salts section.

if you are in wellington then moore wilsons stocks them, or we can often get them at our local indian spice shop,

I asked this question ages ago and it seems Masterfoods are no longer bring them into NZ tho they are still available in supermarkets in Aust. Moore Wilson definitely has them but usually in quite large catering sizes which will last you for a good long time tho!

chop your onion very finely- food processor or the like ,dehydrate, voila.

with the weather we are having- trays in the sun and stirring often will do it.
