My husband made a beautiful Italian Pork Cannelloni for tea tonight, and he is a great cook, but YUKthe Lasagne sheets were doughy even though we bought them in the fresh section of the Supermarket. Is there anywhere in Christchurch that we can buy fresh pasta!
I don't want to buy a pasta machine as we wouldn't use it enough. Hope someone can help.

Thankyou Pickles, he has just had his birthday, so will have to wait for Christmas. He cooks from the NZ Pork Recipes, Richard Till, and also the Australian Master Chef. And NO I won't trade him.
