HELP! My pastry recipe has torn and I can't see the ingredients!
Its the first one on page 31 / 32 (whichever is the left hand page) does anyone have this cook book that they can tell me the ingredients.pretty please.

You want the flaky pastry! page 32. Margaret's flaky pastry! This is my all time favourite & so easy. 3/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp BP 60g cold butter 1/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp wine vinegar or 1 tsp lemon juice I just throw the butter & flour in the food processor but leave the butter a little bit chunky & add the rest of the ingredients & whizz. If you want the short pastry (also page 32) I'll put it up for you .I don't think it's as good as this one.but has less fat.

OK .here we go. Makes 400g 1 1/2 cups flour 100g cold butter or lard 6 - 6 tablespoons water & the usual mixing process
