in supermarket. Can you make these into patties and freeze them! It says to use within 4 days of opening, I am the only one that eats it here.

I've done that - perfectly fine.
There's also an organic falafel powder mix (in a box) that allows you make small quantities at a time.

Nothing is ever as good (or as economical) as home-made from scratch, but I find both very palatable.
The box is useful to have in the pantry for an instant mix.imported from the USA with no additives etcI cannot remember the brand offhand, but in New World it's on the 'Foreign' shelves.
