No but I did give a cheer when he said that meat did not have to be rare to be considered perfectly cooked.
Hate, hate, hate pink meat - can't understand who decided that it was on;y supposed to be rare - I like my meat hot and well cooked

Yes,have the book and it's brilliant. Willman the amounts for the rice pudding and friuts are- handful of flaked almonds 5 heaped tablespoons icing sugar 2 orange 12 ripe plums 4x150g tubs of good quality rice pudding optional-1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
