I have a new Westinghouse oven with a thermawave function.I understood it was much the same as fan bake, but when I have used for 2 trays of biscuits it takes forever to cook.Should I have the temperature higher when I use the thermawave function!I am wondering if maybe the oven is faulty.

is it a saturn! (sp) I find I have to cook longer or up the temp a bit. Fustrating and bottom cooks quicker:(

Yes, it is a Saturn.Thanks, you are right, it is so frustrating.I thought if anything it would be quicker, not slower.Instruction booklet is useless.

agreed! I hate also how the baking tray catches the racks and pull them out! ggrrr but will have to learn to live with it!
