Reboiling chicken stock

How many times is it safe to re boil soup made fromhome made chicken stock? I normally have some I add to any type of soup that requires flavor but my sister tells me it is dangerous to reboil as salmonellaisnt killed through heat or freezing.

im no expert but if heat dont kill it then we should all get it everytime we eat cooked chicken?

I think she means re boiling the stock,as with chicken we aren't meant to re heat more than once. They were in the food industry and she gets concerned that I'm not being hygienic. Ive been doing this for years and never had a problem before
