I bought some of the pink icing and was disappointed when it came out jelly-like. Is this normal? I expected it to come out like icing.

Thanks eastie. I have just been on Queen's website and watched their video. I have seen their gels in the supermarket and still wonder why they call their icing by that name. It is more of a gel. Oh well, I suppose I will have to make some cupcakes and use up what I have got.
