I have just made a cheesecake, now was going to use passionfruit pulp in a jar in the topping, but its grown legs and walked away somwhere. I have a jar of lemon curd, that would be ok?.

I make lemon honey and found the nicest cheesecake is just lemon honey mixed into cream cheese using a stick blender, warming the cream cheese first. Sometimes I pour lemon jelly over the top after leaving the cheesecake to set in the fridge.

Thanks meetee, thats exactly what ive done, as the lemon curd (barkers) is so sweet. I added some lemon zest as well, just to give it some more tartyness

bought sweet pastry cases filled with whipped cream with LOTS of barkers lemon curd mixed through is delicious and so easy, add a small drizzle of lemon curd on the top
